IEEE NOMS 2024 REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES
The registration fees for NOMS 2024 are posted below. A paid registration is required in order to attend the conference.
Authors of technical full, mini-conf, short, workshop, doctoral symposium, dissertation digest and demo papers must register by 8 March 2024. At least one author, even if he or she is a student, from each paper MUST register at the Full Conference Author "Member" or "Non-Member" rate.
A paper covered with an Author registration can be presented by any of the co-authors of that paper provided that he/she is also registered to the conference (any registration category). By default, the presenter is the author who registered at Author rate. For a smooth organization of the program, any changes must be notified to the TPC Co-Chairs.
Registration transfers can also be requested by contacting: Shirley Cisneros, s.cisneros@comsoc.org until 12 April 2024.
If a registration transfer is requested, it is mandatory that all papers co-authored by the initial registration remain covered with an Author registration.

Cancellation Policy:
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 12 April 2024. There will be an administrative fee of USD $100 deducted from each refund.
